When visiting Orlando we always make a point to visit this Pandora store. The staff is always friendly, The staff is always willing to help with any questions we may have. I always feel welcome in this store and not like we are bothering someone.

It was awesome the lady who helped me with the Charms was so sweet , she knew about the products and was very friendly and kind I loved her , I found the charm I was looking for and she helped me with cleaning my Pandora bracelet , it is shiny and clean know ,thanks I want another charm already :)

The sales person was not only personable but she gave me the time I needed to choose and try on different types of styles. She didn't rush the sale and she added comments that were helpful in choosing the items I purchased.
