Well the sales associate named Andrew was excellent. He knew all the answers and helped me pick out some charms.. I will be returning today to.purchase more a d hope to see him. He was awesome. He knew whether the store had stock of something or not. Plus I love my bracelet!!!!

I was looking for a particular charm. This store had it.

There was a sense of motivation with the sales representative. The knowledge of the sales representative & how she was willing to assist us with a smile. The fact that it was in Disney & we were able to purchase charms that were exclusive to people who were visiting the area.

Associate listened to what I was looking for and offered several options. She made great suggestions based on what I already owned. She was attentive to both myself and my husband and had a good sense of humor.
