I was directed to a lovely sales assistant called gloria who was really friendly and extremely helpful. I showed her in the brochure what i was looking for and she help me to decide what wanted to buy and also with trying on and changing things about. I would use this store again but i was on holiday from scotland so maybe in the future

The Sales associate was helpful. I went in to purchase one bead and walked out with 2. She pointed out that there were certain beads that I could only get in Disney World. A great idea for remembering my trip. Also how can you go wrong when you are located in the most magical place on earth.

I have always been impressed buy the quality of the merchandise. Love the overall theaming of the different series of products from season to season, much like a fashion house. My mom is a big fan and Pandora gives me an opertunity to purchase a product that I know she will like.

Our sales associate, Jasmine, was friendly and was very patient with us, as we were buying many Christmas gifts and she needed to show us several options. Her knowledge of the product was very good. When we discovered that a pricing mistake had been made, she immediately corrected it and was apologetic about the experience. We will only make Pandora purchases at this location due to the friendliness of the staff and the availability of the products we want.

Leann was able to find the earrings I wanted right away. Since I had tips on my fingernails I could not put the earrings in my ears by myself so she put them in for me. She also gave me a box to put my other earrings in so I would not lose/damage them. Leann is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

Quality of merchandise and selection was excellent

Leann L. was there to met us at the door and to offer assistance. We told her we were browsing. She directed us toward the Disney charms and 90th BD things. Like always, I went from browsing to buying. She was very helpful and friendly!! She made the first visit to your store a very pleasant experience!!
