Walked into store and was welcomed by a friendly member of staff who immediately found a sales assistant to help me. Shannon was very friendly and helpful. She pointed out the promotions and was knowledgeable. The shop was very busy but I did not feel rushed and was able to make my choices comfortably.

When arrived they took our name and asked what we were interested in and prepared a tray for us. It's was busy but quick and easy.

The associate and manager of this store were wonderful. They were both very pleasant to talk to. They knew their inventory and most helpful. I go to Disney several times a year and hopefully these ladies will be there.

I was greeted promptly and courteously. Despite the number of customers, I was helped in less than 10 min. Kaitlyn was friendly and knowledgeable. My transaction was quick and professional. I visited this store on vacation (Disney) and although I may not return to this store in the near future, I hope that all my Pandora shopping will be this successful.

Pamela was our sales associate and she was knowledgeable of the merchandise. Pamela was excellent. It's hard to find good service and Pamela is top of line amazing.

Priscilla and Alexsandria were both exceptionally friendly and helpful in finding and deciding exactly what we wanted.

I had a clasp on a pandora bracelet break and they let me exchange the bracelet for a comparable one. We also bought a new charm and the manager and sales rep were very helpful. I really love the customer service at the Disney Springs location and the products at all the locations. Thanks Pandora.
