I was very impressed to be great by the door and how the employee immediately paired me with a sales associated. The sales associated was very friendly, and even though they were having a problem locating the necklace I had seen at the window, she requested help from her manager and gave me update often on their progress. She assured me in case they could not find a necklace they would give me the one on the display. I was very happy about how attentive and considerate she was
