Friendly service and a great presentation

Customer service was beyond excellent even though the store was extremely busy and crowded

The associate was very helpful, and everyone else around the store. They sure want you to leave the store satisfied. I will return again to that same store.

This store is always exceptional with customer service. Plenty of staff on hand to assist their customers and each other. The store is always clean and stock is very rarely low.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted from a few of the associates. The store looked super clean. The sales associate, Zuly, was super sweet and helpful.

When ever we are at Disney Springs we stop at the Pandora store . I received a bracelet with charms for a Christmas present last year but I was not liking the bracelet. We went in the store and had a great sales person help me choose a bracelet that I can now put on myself without always having to have my husband put it on for me.

Shannon was the only one who went out of her way to help us with an exchange that ended up taking a year. I finally have a charm that matches the rest of my bracelet!!! And, an extra one my husband just “found” at the store. Thanks so much!

Nancy, our sales associate was awesome. Plus it was at Disney Springs and able to get the Disney exclusive items without a trip to the park.
