The store had many available sales associates to assist customers. Virtually no wait time. Looked for Disney charms that were only available in the store. They had exactly we wanted.

When walked into store, ask clerk what I was looking for & took me to where I needed to see my items so could choose the one I wanted. Very easy, helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Understood what I was looking for in a purchase. Presented me with new product that just arrived and it was what I was looking for in a bracelet. Yay!!

Salespeople were lovely. They let me browse and were ready to help when I was. Cleaned my bracelet, too.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable when I was returning my oversized bracelet I received as a gift for Christmas. She knew exactly what size I should be in and even tried two different sizes on me to make sure I was comfortable with the size. It was very quick and there was no hassle with the exchange.

Staff was was friendly and attentive. They were not overbearing to the point where i couldn’t walk around alone. They all knew their information and were more than willing to help me find what i was looking for.

Excellant staff

Our overall experience was excellent. That was largely because of the woman that helped us make our purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. The store itself was very nice and well organized. I particularly liked watching the video of how the charms are made.

I walked in And tone a sales girl what I was looking for and she found me the best item for the best price I even bought to Pandora rings that was not on My Shopping List. Excellent service I was in-and-out of the store in 20 minutes.
