It was great finding some of the special Disney charms or the ladies in my family.

Outgoing. Warm hearted. Smiles.

Plenty of associates to help and quickly checked out.

It seems that the charms are not displayed in the stores as much and it has become difficult to shop for them.

The sales staff were all very welcoming and willing to help. The staff member that ultimately assisted me was very helpful and courteous. She didn’t rush me when I was unsure which product I wanted. She offered options and gave valuable feedback related to me specific needs. This is by far my favorite pa Dora location. If I didn’t live 16 hours away i would ship there much more often. I specifically chose to wait until my next Florida trip to visit this store after having such a good experience back in July.

The sale associate was awesome. I was able to exchange my ring for a smaller size. No problems. Very easy.

Staff were lovely. Store easy to move around. Staff knew what they were talking about.

Since the moment I entered the store, the servís was great, they helped me with what I need and the service was very quickly and efficient

The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and organized. I drive a hour and a half to visit this location. I do have authorized dealers in my area however they do not compare to the Disney Springs location.

Pandora at Disney Springs was great.
