Marquise the salesperson was nice and very helpful. He greeted me with smiles. He was patient with me and took time to go over the different charms.

I was so pleased that I could exchange my gift without a receipt. My son sent me a pandora bracelet which was a tad snug. I explained my issue to the sales rep. She said no problem we can take care of you. I purchased the cleaning kit along with the change that locks my bracelet so I will not lose it if it opens up. I was so impressed and very happy with my service.

Our sales associate was amazing and so helpful and was awesome helping my daughter and I pick out charms to remember our Disney vacation. The on reason we won't be back at that location is that we live in another country. But so happy! Thank you Pandora :)
