The customer service is great. Love that they carry Disney Park exclusive charms. The quality of the product & timeliness of service is top notch. I visit this store every time I'm in Orlando!

I was looking at the Disney collection, specifically Mickey and Minnie charms. The sales associate was extremely helpful in that she showed various charms that complemented each other. She was also very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Going to the Pandora Store in Disney Springs is a must during our Walt Disney World Vacations! My daughter & I always get at least one new charm for our bracelets! I like this store because of the wonderful staff and we also like to get exclusive charms there! The reason we won’t be going back in the next 90 days is because our next vacation is not for another 251 days! 😞

They had the product I was looking for. Told me what sales were going on. They made sure I knew how to take care of my item

The sales person was very friendly and helpful, as well as being enthusiastic about Pandora's products. She helped me open a charge account having convinced me of the benefits.

The store was very busy, yet staff acknowledge me with a smile! I asked for Disney exclusive pieces, on hand and knew about each piece. There were bags that were being given if you reached a certain price point, she up sold, I bought another piece. The store was out of the bag, after she discussed with her manager and multiple apologies, they found these charming little jewelry boxes. Perfect!!

Service was great! Won't be returning in the next 90 because we live in Canada
