I purchased a ring from a pandora location in the Magic Kingdom at Disney recently, and one of the stones fell out. I was very disappointed and returned to a different Disney location where they informed me I had to go directly to pandora. I went to the pandora location in Disney Springs and told them what had happened and they said that while pandora products bought at Disney typically don’t get service options for warranty that they would make an exception and help me this time. They exchanged my ring for me which I’m thrilled about!

Daian was amazing! She was helpful and knowledgeable about all the charms. Assisted in selecting charms for a family wedding and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for all of your suggestions and I will definitely return for more charms from Daian!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, because it was easy to find my ideal charms and bracelet, the sale associates were very friendly and helpful and lastly the sales associate they actually helped put my bracelet together was super friendly and was very informative about my first charm bracelet purchase.

Everyone was friendly and caring from the moment we went into the store until we left. Brandon was so knowledgeable and so much fun to work with. It was our first visit to any Pandora but it will not be our last.

Nancy was our sales associate, we meet her last December and she assisted us with the purchase of the Christmas ball and charm plus the Disney 90 charm. when I explained I had three bracelets I could not arrange to satisfy me she offered to help with all three the next time we were in. she gave us her card to reach her. We returned this past Monday my husband and I took all three bracelets plus charms I received as Christmas gifts. Nancy was very excited to see us. She went above and beyond to help with all three bracelets. After she offered to text or email me when new Disney charms arrive.The other associates observed at times and loved how Nancy arranged the charms. Nancy cleaned all the charms and bracelets as well. We return to Disney 3 or 4 times a year so this service is valued. My daughter-in-law has several bracelets so we return in March and I will have her bring her Pandora bracelets as well. Love Nancy and her expertise.
