I'm new to Pandora and just went in to look at the Disney charms. I didn't realize there was a Walt holding Mickey's hand and a Castle! Great surprise to find these charms and purchased them. The sales associate, Nancy, put them on the Pandora bracelet I was wearing with other recent charm purchases and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Associate was very knowledgable and knew immediately the charm I was describing. I visit this store often to buy gifts and to purchase charms for my own bracelets, I drive a little further especially to go to this store. The associate also took the time to show me the new rose charms for the essence range.

I absolutely love Pandora. The staff was overly friendly and eager to help. There was no pressure put on my to buy at all. I would love to visit this store again but I live states away.
