Sales clerk was friendly. I like my passholder discount. My daughter likes the charms.

The sales staff were so friendly and helpful. The store was easy to navigate and very clean. There was a great selection of charms to choose form

I was visiting Disney and wanted to purchase a charm that you can only get at there. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and directed to a salesperson to assist me. They had a specific section with beads to pick from. The entire process probably took 15 minutes.

They had the disney pandora that i wanted :)

It was the sales associate Fabiola.. she was wonderful! Had a mildly long wait to speak with someone which I expected but it was worth it in the long run. Fabi helped me assemble the perfect gift and I appreciate her help!

I was highly Satisfied because they treated me very well. They told me what the charm was and let me choose more then one charm so I could compare prices.
