This store is one of the best stores I’ve shopped in. It is always well supplied with a variety of merchant. The staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional.

I was in very dissatisfied after the I received the worst customer experience from the Altamonte store (#0358) I was gifted a ring that was too big and the closest store was theirs. They refused to exchange my ring for no specific reason as well as denied my request to speak with a higher up manager (I had a receipt). I asked three times for my ring to be given back by thr manager Oabun. This store has poor service. I WILL FOREVER PURCHASE FROM THE DISNEY SPRINGS STORE. THEY MADE MY REQUEST VERY EASY. BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT SERVICE AND LITTLE WAIT TIME I WALKED OUT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE, I AM BEYOND PLEASED WITH ALLISON, KATHENNE, AND LAURA. THEY ARE VALUABLE ASSETS TO THE PANDORA TEAM. I really do feel like the altamonte store will never compare to store #0491. Disney Springs works hard to well represent the Pandora Brand, However Altamonte Store #0358 need a lot of work within their training. Thank you Disney Springs for the wonderful service.

I was warmly welcomed into the store. There was an associate there to assist me as soon as I needed help. The associate that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable.

The sales associate allowed us to look at a lot off different choices and didn't try to push anything on us, and he was very knowledgeable about your products.

1. First Pandora Bracelet as a gift, impressed with the selections 2. Sales associate "Jorddalys" very knowledge and personable. A real assest to your business. 3. Options were outstanding for "charms"!!! 4. Love everything about the Pandora selections.

The associate was patient as this was my first purchase. Her taste was similar to my taste and she arranged my charms just right. I hope she is still at this store when I return next year as I am in that area once a year. I will be sure to ask for Jorddallys at the Pandora store in Disney Springs.

The store was very busy and we were told we were forth in line to be served. We thought we were in for a long wait but after only five minutes it was our turn to be served. The server was very helpful and efficient and we were able to buy exactly what we came in for.
