I am from Kansas! I had bought my ring awhile back but the center stone fell out! I wasn't able to return my ring at any Pandora store in Kansas cause they told me it had to be at the location I bought it at! I went into the store just to ask if anything could be fixed and the manager helped and exchanged my ring even without me having my receipt! It was AMAZING! Honestly, it made my trip! I was so happy to have my ring fixed and back to normal! Even my broken ring -- I still wore and took care of but now that my ring is complete again, I am a happy camper! Thank you so much for helping me and making magic!
