Juan was very helpful nice polite - getting to your website to take the survey had not been s good experience- too many miss leading links and bad hits - need to narrow your overall focus a survey should not take this long

There were several associates available in the store at a high volume period. Didn't have to wait for assistance. Pamela was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue was they didn't have the initial charm my daughter needed.
