My salesperson was excellent and very knowledgeable. I believe her name was Jenny and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. The only reason I won't be returning to this store in the next 90 days is because I live in Dallas area and this store was in Orlando.

I was helped immediately upon entering the store. The sales associate was able to answer all my questions and help me find what I was looking for. The sales associate was able to help me pick out the right bracelet and starter charms and was very knowledgeable on the products.

They assosiate we were working with was highly knowledgable about the particular charms we were looking at. She knew why there weren't certain charms there and what charms were coming out in the future. Finally, she helped us obtain the best deal for what we were purchasing and she rearagged our bracelette in a beautiful order when we were finished.
