I had such a fun and exciting thing with My pandora experience!! Nancy was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with me! I get overwhelmed easily, so being able to feel safe and her calm spirit with me helped me purchased the perfect gift!! I will always go back to that store in the future!! Cannot wait to purchase more charms!!

The sales representative that assist me with my purchase was very helpful in making my selection for my daughter's bracelet and charms. She made sure that I was satisfied and had an overall very inviting demeanor about herself.

Leann was the associate who helped me. She remembered me from my visit last fall. I was so impressed she remembered my husband and me. She remembered our story of our proposal on a carousel. Today she helped us with the purchase of baby Dumbp. She made the shopping experience so much fun. I look forward to return to the store.

The store was impeccably clean and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable. The Disney Springs location is typically very crowded, so I stopped back later to make my purchase and received assistance quickly. Love my purchase and the sales associate was extremely helpful!
