I was greeted when I walked in the store and asked if I was looking for something particular and I was in Florida from out of state looking to get a Disney exclusive charm. She was extremely helpful showed me disney exclusive and ones you can buy anywhere. I also inquired about a fire fighter charm and I wasn’t going to buy for myself but my husband got it for me. I love them both !

Sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Also kind and explained about the products I was looking for. Showed me items and let me actually hold them which was nice.

I was in the Disney Springs store, unfortunately had a $400 credit balance on credit card on record at my DVC Resort but Pandora's system wasn't connecting with Disney's and didn't have another credit card with me so associate had to void sale. Said had more etc, Went outside and spoke with hubby who went in and purchased item for cash. Wasn't salesperson"s fault she was very apologetic. Pandora needs to get their system working with Disney's as it is convenient to room charge with the Magic Band. Could have lost sale because of this. I know it was only 1 charm but we own DVC and go several times a years and I buy charms, bracelets and other Pandora merchandise for myself, daughter and 3 granddaughters but I will go back because of Kayla C's professional way of handling situation. I told her I will be there in October expect to see me then.
