I visit this store many times, even on the busiest hours there is always someone available to speak to you even if it is just to give you an approximate wait time. All sales staff are very familiar with the products. They make it extremely easy to spend lots of money!

I was high satisfied with my Pandora experience because being that that was the first time I shopped at Pandora, the staff was very kind and helpful; I walked in only to look around and see what Pandora had to offer, but ultimately purchases a Pandora bracelet along with two charms. The store associate was able to show me options for charms and provided her own advice and opinion that helped me make my purchase. Overall a nice experience and I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

the overall experience was good. There were lots of people in the store so it was kind of hard to wait for personnel. When i did get one, I already knew what I was looking for and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy.
