I love the product. Enjoyed visiting this store. Despite that I have MANY items from the various Pandora lines; I kind of feel the prices are somewhat more than I am normally willing to pay for bracelets etc. (I do feel the various gift sets have a great value ~ however this purchase wasn't a starter/gift set ~ so when the total was given I was a bit taken aback even though 1 item was "on sale" ~ my total (tax included) was OVER $150 for a bracelet & 1 charm compared to the "gift set" which had 2 or 3 charms plus a bracelet for $125). I certainly paid but will be cautious to do this again.

My husband bought me the Mickey and Walt charm for Christmas and Mickey broke off. I took it into the store and they exchanged it for me very easily.

The service was outstanding Though I didn't find the pieces I wanted, the sales Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Store was very busy at time of our visit.. we browsed and sales clerk approached us to offer help. When she was available.. very knowledgeable friendly and helpful..one item was temporarily sold out but we made other purchases very pleasant.able to complete purchases with clerk right at counter

Gina was very helpful to me and my Mom who were in there to purchase a Park Exclusive charm on our Disney vacation last week. She showed us all of our options and actually took the time to place mine on my bracelet where it would look "appealing to the eye". She was very sweet!!
