The store was set up for easy movement. The sales people greeted us immediately. There was no wait time.

It was my first time in Pandora and I was looking for a bracelet. The associate was able to give me information on the bracelet starter kit and also explain to me my different options throughout my purchase.

It was very easy to find the exact ring that I was looking for. The staff was very helpful and let me try on rings to find the correct size many times. They even gave me advice on how to figure out my perfect ring size.

The store was clean, bright and light. The selection was very good with a large range of items. The sales assistant Chandel P was very helpful.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Great selection of park exclusive Disney charms. Only sad that they got rid of Donald the duck.
