Went into store to get ideas for my next bracelet. I have one that is filled. The girl was more than helpful. Showed me options and my decision was made, so I purchased the charm, bracelet and clips.

The item I wanted wasn’t on show but the sales assistant knew exactly what I wanted and displayed the items to me. The reason I wouldn’t return to this store is due to me just visiting the area

Kaitlyn was the sweetest sales associate. She was very patient with us, while we asked her so many questions. I'm not from here, but we came looking for charms for our trip, and she was very helpful in showing us everything that we would have like. Overall she made this experience wonderful.
