Got the charm that I wanted!

I knew what I wanted and went in picked it out. The sales rep did a great job up selling me on the ring I purchased. It did not take 10 minutes although they were super packed.

I purchased a rose gold bracelet & charms over the last year. I went in for routine cleaning and the associate noted the wear of the plating. He apologized and exchanged all the pieces. 6 months later same issue, slightly disappointed I went back to the store to purchase some additional charms. I also pointed out my discontent with the quality and investment I made by purchasing the Rose collection pieces. If I would have know it was going to turn silver I would have just purchased the silver originally. The kind associate pulled up my purchases and spoke to the manger they offered to exchange it all for the silver. I knew that was something they did not have to do, but such a sigh of relief when they offered to do that for me. Can’t thank them enough and will continue to shop at that location. The Disney Passholder Fiscount doesn’t hurt either !!!!

They were friendly and helpfull as charge twice in my card. But they never refund the frist transaction
