I was able to find a new charm. I liked the friendliness of employees. I liked how quick I could get things done when finding my charms for my bracelet.

The assistant store manager, Rebecca was Fabulous to deal with. I went into buy 1 charm (I had a bracelet filled with charms stolen, and am replacing them) and she sold me 3! She made it enjoyable and fun and informative.. Zane is the tech guy and did a great job with the assist. I will definitely ask for them the next time I return.

The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us exactly that. We ended up buying 4 bracelets and 4 charms.
