Pandora Jewelry

I have refused to return to this Pandora location after two terrible experiences but as of late I've decided to accompany my mother to this location to purchase a gift. I'm glad I did, Becky (I think that's her name), welcomed us at the door and kept us company while waiting to enter to store. She informed us of that some 2020 grad charms had not come in yet due to the store closing BUT she offered us an alternative compass charm, that worked out wonderfully. Our sales agent, Alexandra, was an absolute delight. She was very informative, diligent and funny. These two employees were so great that I decided to make my own purchase and I've decided to return to this store for future purchases. Keep up the great work! :D

We had to wait outside due to the limit of persons allowed, but it was that the greeter asked how we were doing, and began helping before we entered so we had an idea of what to expect. She even made suggestions. Even though Pandora did not have all the 2020 graduation collection in stock she was able to make suggestions, which allowed me to still make a purchase. Everyone was friendly when we got inside. I was impressed with the concern for each guest. Our sales associate was very helpful and patient. I have visited this location before and was not very happy with my experience but I see changes have been made. Thank you.

The store was immaculately clean, everything was sparkling. All the associates were extremely nice and helpful. There were so many beautiful things to choose from it made it hard to only get a few.

Great experience! The store took great strides to keep us protected. It was actually the best service I’ve ever had at this and other locations. Usually I have to fight the crowed for assistance. Due to the precautions this was much better.

Employees were friendly and helpful, especially with new rules in place. Also helpful with showing new merch that was not in store

everything is quick and to the point which i love . everyone offers to help and assist never have a problem at this store .

We knew where the store was as we had gone to Disney Springs last year! Went there and the girl Marissaasked right away could she help and I said I was looking for beads on sale and she took me right to the trays and showed me what was there. We have always gotten the sale the end of March an she did not know when that would be!

Although busy, help was provided quickly. The sales clerk was informative but not pushy.
