Pandora Jewelry

My experience at the Pandora within Disney springs was amazing. From the beginning of our journey a very nice and enthusiastic employee greeted and explain how the store was working due to the Covid-19 situation. From the very beginning all the instructions and service where in a very polite and understanding form.

The associate was super nice! Finding what I wanted was super fast & easy! Kept me safe and clean.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate took her time with us. Also we were looking for something specific and could not find it at first. However, the associate did not stop until it was found.

Brought a ring 6 months ago rose gold and the rose gold has peeled off. They would not exchange or replace it claiming normal ware and tare. Which is not correct if you just look at you can tell it’s not right..spend lots of money in this store totally unacceptable

Under the circumstances of Covid regulations the store did a great job of cleaning between customers and limiting customers in the store. This made for a much more pleasant shopping experience than other times. Your greater Becky was excellent in chatting with us as we waited to enter the store. I am sure you want to get back to bigger capacity but hope you can work with this experience to be able to help customers in the order they arrived/waited for sales help. Not an easy task! Thank you and I am wearing my new jewelry today!

I always receive great service from Pandora. Because of the virus I could not walk around the store which I understand. The quality of the jewelry is exceptional. I look forward to my next visit!

I was very impressed by the code of precautions of re-opening the store, all associates very friendly, I had Gina, and she was very helpful and patient so I could make a decision, I admired the fact that nobody was "pushy" and gave the customer their space and made the experience very enjoyable. Gina let me see a small Pandora Catalog and also let me keep an older copy and I also signed up for a credit card. and was able to get a free gift on top of getting a 10% discount I was very happy. also asked about employment and Gina was very nice and put an application in my bag which I will be filling out. Thank you again, your staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and observant to customers needs but Gina is exceptional. Thank you again.

During this time it is hard to have customer service with your guest. I felt welcomed and she helped me with my purchase. Mentioned signing up for card (already have).

Staff was courteous and attentive. Cleanliness and store sanitization was excellent. Calm experience, I did not feel rushed in the slightest. Staff took their time and made sure I was satisfied.
