Pandora Jewelry

This store had a well established system for social distancing and it was very clean and super organized. Our sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, and made our experience at Pandora extremely pleasant.

There was a high degree of care for everyones health and safety while in the store. Everyone was polite and courteous. The associate at the door explained the process after she greeted us. Upon leaves she said good bye, thanked us for stopping by and hoped we would enjoy our day.

Explained what we were looking for and the rep brought all items to us with opportunity to make our selection. She place bracelet on me and then added charms once we chose the bracelet. Finally told us how to care for the jewelry and we left the show very happy.

The assistant manager was extremely friendly, very helpful. The only reason we won’t be back to the store in the next 90 days is because we are here on vacation and it’s just not possible to travel this far in the next three months.

Was assigned a sales person immediately. No waiting. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The customer service was awesome, the knowledge of what I want and where was located surprise me. That girl is a plus to the store.

The professional service I received by the employees at this store was exceptional. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for as soon as I entered the store. Most places don’t do this, it’s refreshing to have quality service!
