I'm new to Pandora and the sales associate explained everything to me. From the difference of spacers to guards to charms.

I appreciated the thorough cleaning procedure. I also appreciated the sale that included some disney charms and the ability to use my annual passholder discount. The none discounted disney charms were a bit limited so I would have like to see more of a variety.

I was attended by Paola and she looked after us very well and she was super friendly and patient with us, my mom and I had a good service, we are very satisfied.

Every time I have visit pandora, the ladies are always very nice and quick with getting what you asked for and very attentive. That’s why I will continued to shop at pandora.

This store is excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful experience. There were distance markers outside and inside the store. There were employees holding the door open to regulate and discuss Pandora pieces. Once we went in there was sanitation available and stations set up to help each customer safely. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so she offered to show us a few options with sanitation between each set we looked at. The final purchased included a brand new piece, not the one on display. The payment was touch free. She directed us to follow the arrows for a safe exit. Super friendly and safe. Highly recommend.
