Sales girl was very knowledgeable & a manager is always there to assist. I live in NJ so the store in Disney Springs is the only one I go to on every trip to Disney!

We had a problem with the bracelet of my daughters . Went to 3 Pandora’s this is the only one that was polite and helped us. The problem still wasn’t resolved but I was willing to spend money there to replace.because they were helpful and understanding. Will follow up with Disney to try to resolve the problem with the original bracket since the pandora store in Disney did nothing.

Becky, the assistant manager, helped us. I accidentally wore one of my silver bracelets into the pool and it was tarnished. We are on vacation so she was able to clean it up and restore it’s shine for me. We also bought a couple more charms while there. Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Sales associates were extremely helpful. Associate was able to assist in finding exactly what my daughter was looking for. Associate took the time to explain different options of mix and match with earrings and charms.

I felt very safe in the shopping environment. The salesperson was very sweet. The store was very clean and the lighting was helpful.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the associates were very friendly and music was relaxing. There was also a variety of jewelry to choose from.

I had an excellent shopping experience. The sales associate was kind and friendly and helped me to choose the right size bracelet so I was very comfortable. Also I had previously phoned to inquire about a few items, and they were easily put aside for me to look at and nicely cleaned and sanitized before I purchased them. The Sales associate also helped me to discover a few new limited edition items to consider purchasing in the future too. It was a pleasure to have her show me some of the new items that just came out as well as a few items that were going to be retired soon so I could plan out the next purchase. Can’t wait to come shop again soon!
