The lady that I had was very friendly and know a lot about the Merchandise. The store it self was clean and they took safety Measurements to make sure that we all stayed safe

I absolutely love this store

The associate at the door was friendly and explained how the store was working with the cleaning. She was sure to update us as we waited. When we got inside they already had a heads up of exactly what I was looking for and then made a few extra suggestions while I was there. Only 2 other couples were in the store and each of us had our own counter. Very smooth process.

The store was nice and clean everything was great our sales associate was new I think and didn’t really listen to my needs concerning earrings.

Our associate Nancy at the Disney Springs Location was extremely friendly and very helpful. Knowledgeable and did not feel bothered with our many questions. Excellent customer service.

The staff at this location, ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I'm taken care of and highly satisfied! I went to a previous location to buy the new Harry Potter charms that are not sold anywhere on Disney property, I had bought a bracelet at this store also, to get the free charm promotion. In having this bracelet for only maybe 3 hours on, the clasp opened twice and bracelet and new charms fell on the floor (first time) /ground second time) having all 7 of my new charms all over the floor and ground..the lady Karla, exchanged this bracelet for me with no questions asked! I had told her what happened. I also bought Disney exclusive charms, 2 clips, and of course a safety chain! I LOVE SHANNON THE STORE MANAGER!! SHE IS SO AMAZING!! ALWAYS GREETS US, recognizing us, making me feel SO APPRECIATED!! Taniya also assisted us today in the exchange of my bracelet. Karla waited on us mainly, and we've had her before also, she is GREAT! THANK YOU!! I never received in the mail my birthday coupon for being a preferred card holder..Shannon once again took care of me! This is my FAVORITE LOCATION!! THEY WILL DEFINITELY KEEP ME COMING BACK!! LOYALLY!! THANK YOU!!

The women that helped us with our purchases were wonderful! Very friendly making our visit so much more than just another sale. Great knowledge of products. A 10 out of 10 visit!

The sales associate named Ghislane was so patient with us during our visit to purchase the last piece of our daughter's graduation gift. My daughter was on the phone while we were making the purchase and she was very indecisive. Ghislane was able to answer our questions and show us the merchandise options that was available in the store with a warm smile and ease. You don't know how much this meant to us. We have experienced alot of poor customer service during these unprecedented times and to have this level of great customer service experience is like a breath of fresh air. One could easily blame the stress of dealing with the pandemic to excuse poor customer service. Not Ghislane! So thank you, thank you Ghislane for giving us a great experience at this Pandora store. I'm sure we will be back in the future to do more business as we have myself, my mom, two daughters and nieces who are Pandora charm collectors. 😊I
