I really like Pandora and the store I visited at Disney Springs.

Our sales associate was highly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit. He made us feel welcome and as though our business was important. He also was quick but did not at all make us feel rushed.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect! 10/10! Great job everyone

Not all the staff were respectful and nice

I really like that the Disney park exclusive merchandise is also available at this store. The availability of the Disney charms is important since we only visit this location 3 times a year. This store also always has friendly people that help with all your questions.

Evwrything was nice.

The experience felt very personal. Felt like i was the only one in the store. Love the way that before entering the store the rep is asking whatnyou are interested in then once a sales rep is available they relay that info and the rep gives you their undivided attention. This makes great service keep up the gret job.

The charms are beautifully crafted and I love that they have partnered with Disney which is everything I love. I never had Pandora before but I fell in love with the Mickey and Minnie (baby)new line. Now I can understand why people collect them.

Our sales person was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how she allowed me to view the merchandise without pressure. She also made some suggestions on items that were new, one of which I purchased was the haunted mansion bead.

I was met outside the store by an associate. I told her why I was there, for a Stitch charm. She got an associate, told her what I wanted and to take me to the exact location.
