My experience was great. I was introduced to the rosegold merchandise, which i purchased and absolutely love and look forward to receiving additional Pandora rose gold charms. A special thanks to Kelsey at the Disney Springs location for her excellent service in making my selections.

The store was very clean. Everyone was super friendly. They went above and beyond to find what I wanted.

The store was limiting the number of customers inside. We had one on one attention from an associate. We were able to look at jewelry and told it was cleaned after each customer.

My Daughter surprise me with a bracelet and two charms. she sent me for My Birthday. I had never own Pandora before. Went to Pandora to get my bracelet sized and in buying a safety chain and another charm everyone was very kind showed me how to open my bracelet and use my safety chain

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the worker that helped me was very nice and willing to bring out any charms that I wanted to see. She was very pleasant and made it a great experience!
