Carla the sales associate at the store in Disney Springs was very helpful. I had talked to her by phone the day before to see if the items I wanted were in stock. Arriving at the store I found Carla outside waiting to help arriving customers. She remembered me and escorted me inside the store. Only two of the five items I was looking for were in stock. Carla showed me other items that she thought I would be interested in however I told her I would wait until later in the year and return to the store. When I return I will certainly ask for Carla even though she does not work on commission.

I had an I idea of what I wanted to buy my friend for her birthday but when i saw it it just didn't work. The sales person than showed me other options that I likes better. She also ordered other pieces for me from the warehouse. she went out of her way to make my purchase complete.

The store had excellent measures to keep us safe. Karla was super explaining products after discovering our interests. She also gave specific instructions on how to add charms and put on and off sliding chain bracelet - from her own experiences.

My experience at the pandora store was great. My sale representative Karla T. was awesome she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy with my birthday purchase.

We were paired with a sales associate immediately for help with looking at charms. The associate was knowledgeable about the products and what was available. She even showed us examples of what charms looked like on bracelets. The sales associate also helped explain the purpose of clips and safety chains for Pandora bracelets, which I will be buying next!

It was my 50th birthday and my children had purchased me a necklace and bracelet I love them and can’t wait to start my collection!!! ❤️
