I was thankful for the associate's knowledge and kindness towards me. I had a bad experience previously, a stone fell out of my ring and I lost it. But I purchased from a non pandora retailer. So I'm just out. Even if I did purchase at Pandora, I was surprised the warranty only covers 1 year. I was disappointed about that. For $75 for a ring, the stone shouldn't fall out the first day I wear it.
