The staff was executing their safety policies. The experience remained warm and positive despite the barriers and required distancing. I think that’s a hard thing to achieve in this environment and they are to be commended.

The sales associate I was working with was extremely helpful and patient. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but her suggestions were absolutely spot on! She also let me look at all the pieces I was interested in buying - and she didn't seemed rushed. She was great! I do wish you would consider removing the protective covering around the counter and the masks. It's hard to understand the words of the greeter and the sales associate.
