The store felt safe in that they only let a few in at a time. This made my shopping experience better than a normal visit in that it wasn’t crowded and I didn’t feel rushed.

Kelsey at Disney Springs was a awesome help and she helped me with a birthday gift for my mom and cousins. From the just two questions she knew what I was looking for and put a set together that I couldn’t say no to. It was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Kelsey.

The sales associate was amazing!

Service was very quick and efficient considering the current circumstances. My one and only complaint is that is was nearly impossible to understand the sales associate. To be clear, this was NOT her fault! But the store was very loud and with the masks and poly glass barriers it's pretty much impossible to understand what anyone is saying.

Associate seemed very knowledgeable and quickly located the item I was looking for.

The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. She was friendly and had a great attitude. She suggested additional items to us, and even offered to rearrange my daughter's bracelet.

All had mask on, item was in-stock and Disney was not crowded

My friend and I were referred to a sales associate, Laurelis, after waiting about 10-15 minutes outside the store. She was very attentive in showing us the items requested and provided us information about exclusive items and items available only in Disney. She assisted my friend in getting her bracelet cleaned and explained discount program which my friend joined. She was not only very knowledgeable but also patient as we made our decisions. I never felt rushed or that my questions were not fully answered. A wonderful experience!

I love the style of the jewelry. I also love that you have Disney options. I had my pandora jewelry for lots of years and ver happy with it.
