Good sales staff I Like the Disney Springs store. Nicely laid out and easy

We arrived 10 minutes after the store opened but had to wait outside the store for approximately 10 minutes. At 11:10 a.m. it was a typical autumn day in Florida with bright, hot (high 80s) sunshine and no shade. If this pandemic continues into spring and summer 2021, the store might want to consider planning for shade. The associates were organized and asked what we were interested in seeing before we entered the store. If we didn't need to see selection, she probably could have handled the sale outside the store and we wouldn't have needed to wait in line.

Store was basically closed for the night but the sales ladies saw me looking in the window as I saw something I had to have, they let me in and I purchased 3 pieces service was top notch

The girl that helped me was really nice; offered options and sizes; and no matter how many items i requested, she assisted very happily and politely.

Clean nice location, Friendly staff, had I wanted in stock.

My service experience was great, due to the expertise of the sales associate. We were able to see the items we were interested in purchasing with no problem. The store followed excellent guidelines for keeping us safe.

I visited Orlando store. They handled the required separation well. It was helpful that the person regulating the door could answer questions ahead of time then let the service know what I was looking for.

The associates were all very friendly. The selection was excellent. The associates were knowledgeable about products and their availability.

The associates in the store offered many items in the section I was looking for and even chose a few items that I might have liked ultimately I found the perfect charm for a gift today never been so happy to buy a pice from Pandora before definitely going back soon

The sales associates were friendly and the sales manager outside the store was informative about how the experience would be modified due to COVID-19. The sales associate also was able to identify the charm I referenced solely based on the description I gave.
