Pandora Jewelry

My sister purchased matching necklaces for us for our birthdays back in September. I called the original store Millennia Mall & they didn’t want to exchange my purchase even after I told them I would be purchasing more. I called Disney Springs spoke w/ Jessica and she was super nice w/ letting me know I could come in and exchange. When getting to the store Alexandria was amazing at helping me and my sister picked our new merch! She was patient with us. She gave us her personal opinions on items we were choosing & she gave options to mix and match. She was decked out in Pandora so we trusted her! She was so kind and knowledgeable. We ended up exchanging two necklaces and walked out w/ a bracelet& charm, earrings, & my sis got two rings, & a new necklace. Such an amazing experience! I’m definitely coming back to this location again! Such great customer service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You had what I was looking for except 1charm not allowed to be sold in this store. The overall experience was very pleasant.

Valerie was super nice she helped me very much. She gave us demonstrations and guided our selection professionally. The fact that she was wearing so much jewelry made it obvious that the product was as good as she presented for only those whod wear it who'd believe in it.
