I had ordered some charms on line and 4 of them didn’t fit. I then took them to the store and exchange them with no problem.

I was very satisfied with my visit and getting exclusive charms from Disney Springs store it was a great experience for me!

Alex Jane is her name. She works at the Disney Springs location. Not only is she patient & kind, she doesn’t oversell me on items. One time I didn’t see her and I purchased items that wasn’t really what I wanted. Ever since I will only go to either Alex Jane at the Disney Springs location or the Pandora at Disney’s Magic Kingdom for Kenny. Their welcoming open hearted customer service is beyond many others. They make me want to check back and I feel like a friend, not just another “purchase.”

I came in on Christmas Eve not truly sure what to get my girlfriend this year for Christmas. I mentioned that I was interested in a necklace and the employee handing catalogs while we waited inline suggested the pendant that holds charms that greatly helped my selection. Once inside I was helped my Bethi, who was patient and very knowledgeable of the products. Offered many alternatives as some of the charms I was interested in were sold out. With her help I got the perfect gift for Christmas. Thank you again Bethi, keep up the great work.
