The service was very quick and they knew exactly what I was looking for. My sales rep Nancy took one look at my bracelet and knew it was faulty & replaced it for free! She also had great knowledge about all my questions.

I went in to begin setting my daughter in law up with a new bracelet. I had a Disney park exclusive charm that’s damaged visibly and they refused to exchange which was disappointing considering I spent over $600 just this 1 visit.

After visiting 4 other stores for a specific ring only to have it out of stock, not only did this location have it, but the sales associate was fantastic! She quickly located exactly what I wanted and helped to make sure it fit and was comfortable. She made sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase
