The assistance in the store is awesome, the variation of charms is great and the overall product are 1A, it’s just great.

My sales associate Madisen was extremely knowledgeable about the Pandora products. I was there to purchase my first bracelet and charms and she took her time and explained to me the difference in the bracelets and charms. Madisen was very patient with me while I tried on the different bracelets and charms. I was even able to get an engraved charm done right on the spot. This store was great and I would defiantly go back there.

Everyone was friendly. Covid precautions in place were practical and provided a sense of safety. The store was nicely stocked with lovely display items. I interacted with a total of 4 employees on this visit and each was friendly and helpful.

We went a few moments before it closed and they were very kind to us, answered all our questions, and helped us choose

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate Karla was very nice, patient and informative. She even took the time out of her day to get an understanding of the meaning of my Pandora charms.
