The sales associate was amazing in her knowledge of the product, recommendations and very friendly. The store was set up to be safe under the current COVID protocol. Associate 205594 is a role model for how sales should take place.

My VIP card allowed me less wait on the line and able to select my items, some of which were last charms in store.

My cast member Maggie, was very helpful & extremely pleasant to talk to. She made my shopping experience wonderful.

My sales associate Brittany was remarkable. I came in with a couple of friends and we were all asking questions, asking to see charms, clips, bracelets, etc. Brittany was able to manage our craziness with professionalism, humor, and knowledge. It's been one of my best Pandora experiences ever!

Great jewelry that is perfect for everyone! I love the selection of jewelry. I will be buying more of pieces of jewelry. I would like to see more bundled bracelet and charm packages

The service at this Pandora location was amazing! Kelsey the sales associate and her co-worker forgot her name but they were fantastic and helped me out a lot with what i was looking for and deciding on what to do. They were so kind enough to exchange a previous purchase i made at a different Pandora location and made me so much happier, i appreciated that a lot! Thank you a lot Pandora for satisfying my needs!

Extremely well organized considering we have to deal with COVID. Salesperson (actually had two assisting us!) were very knowledgeable and were able to help me make the choices. We have shopped at this store numerous times and have never had a bad experience so we know we will come out happy customers.
