They had a hard to find item in stock. They offered to show new products. They offer engraving.

Natalie greeted us as we entered the store and brought us over to the display containing the charms we inquired about when we arrived. She proceeded to show us the selected pieces in gold and silver and offered to let my wife try on the charm as a necklace. She brought out various necklace designs and lengths for my wife to try on with the charm.

Becky the managers customer service was EXCELLENT. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always have a great experience when I visit this store.
