5 minutes before store closing we were allowed to shop and felt welcomed and no pressure.

I was highly satisfied because all the employees was very nice. And welcome each and every one of there customers with open arms.

As soon as I entered the store I was assigned to a specific associate who I had watched clean the station after finishing up with the previous person. She was kind and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and didn’t get annoyed when I was being a little indecisive! She brought options and gave me information on merchandise. Overall, she was very helpful and the experience at the store was great!

I had my bracelet cleaned and bought my merchandise all in a clean and safe environment. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am always satisfied when I shop at this Pandora location. The greeter always welcomes me and pairs me with a friendly associate. They are always happy to show me multiple trays, sizes, and products. I was paired with Adriena during my last visit. She was so sweet and patient! She showed me three different trays of rings and let me try many on. She didn’t rush me at all. She was happy to offer her opinion on the pairings and sizing of the rings.

Natalie was super friendly and very patient with me. She didn't rush me and made helpful suggestions. Only bad part was with COVID they just had low inventory of the Disney Exclusive charms.
