Before I entered there was someone outside that greeted. She asked me if I knew what I was looking for and I told her. She informed the salesperson inside and requested that I remain with the salesperson throughout my time in the store. The sales person was spot on and even recommended a second charm that was perfect. Super happy!

In this weird world of COVID and social distancing, the Disney Spring Pandora location was very orderly and systematic in determining my needs/desire, directing me directly to someone telling me what I was looking for. Nicole was incredibly helpful and has a personal love for Pandora and Disney. She was very knowledgeable in Pandora product and history, made a great sale and has earned a return visit from me before we leave this week. Nicole’s employee number is 205594. SHE WAS GREAT!
