I had a wonderful experience this time around. The only complaint I can make is the judgment some employees have when my mom and I walk into any Pandora and it always feels as though we’re passed off through associates until one helps us because they don’t think We’ll buy anything? Also the covid restrictions highly reduce the desire to visit any Pandora store because I can’t look at anything, if it’s that big of a deal to social distance only allow a party at a time to browse and give everyone the oppressed of a full experience.

Mackenzie was very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing two charms instead of one based on her recommendation. Will definitely be back!
