Pamela was extremely helpful to me! She not only took apart my first bracelet yesterday to reorganize my charms for me by Disney parks, but when I bought the 2nd bracelet during the same visit- - -she redid both bracelets to reorganize and categorize my charms on both bracelets!! We (my husband and I) took up a lot of time during my purchase!!! She definitely showed me concern and enthusiasm!! I really appreciated what she did for me on my bracelets, since I didn't know how to categorize and organize them just right on the charm bracelets to make them look lovely (believe me, they would have looked like a kindergartner had put them together if I had done them)!! Kudos to Pamela!! She was awesome!!!

My mom passed and Paola and Alexsandra M helped me pick out a necklace w charms that represented my mom and find rings and earrings to match along w memorial bracelets for my daughters and sister. They were great. The Assistant manager Becky asked me what I was looking for in the store and kept my teenage daughter comfortable and safe outside waiting for me at the Disney Springs store so another paying customer could browse.

This store had the charms I was looking for plus the exclusive Disney property charms. The sales person was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Love my new charms.
