I was looking for a very specific style of bracelet and the associate very quickly understood me. She brought out a binder and offered me three options. I saw exactly what I wanted and another associate who is similar in size to the person I was buying it for kindly modeled it for me. The sale ring up while the gift was packaged and I was happily on my way!
