Andreina was fantastic I took my daughter in to buy her a bracelet for her birthday and she immediately took my daughter to the charms we were looking for and although this particular store was out of stock on them we did wind up getting some charms to fill the bracelet out when we get the disney charms we wanted... Great customer service

This was easily my best experience with Pandora. We had a one-on-one experience with an associate who was very willing to work with us and answer our questions. He made the process simple and such a breeze. So grateful for my experience.

When I arrived I was greeted and asked if I knew what I was looking for and how long I was going to wait which wasn’t long at all.

The ladies were very versed in the product and their customer service was wonderful.

We were greeted by an associate as soon as we walked in. Christine took us directly to what we asked to see and took her time answering our questions and showing us the charms. We are unlikely to return only because we are on vacation and don’t live in the area.
